Vocal Lessons/Coaching
Vocal Coaching with Roberta Duchak Voice Teacher & Coach | Chicago · New York · Worldwide
Whether you're preparing for Broadway auditions, sustaining a demanding eight-show week, breaking into a new style, or feeling vocally stuck, I help singers perform freely, consistently, and without fear.
As a classically trained pianist and voice teacher with experience working across musical theatre, contemporary commercial music, opera, pop, and jazz, my coaching is rooted in real-world performance demands. Sessions are highly individualized: we build technique that serves your voice, not a generic one, developing the stamina, consistency, and confidence to deliver under pressure, night after night.

Sessions often address:
-
Vocal health, longevity, and injury prevention
-
Audition preparation and repertoire coaching
-
Technique across all styles of singing
-
Consistency across long runs and national tours
-
Voice rebuilding and recalibration during career transitions
I work with artists at every stage — from emerging performers to working Broadway professionals — in person in Chicago and New York, and worldwide via Zoom.

"Roberta hasn’t just been a voice teacher to me, she’s kinda been like a second mom. I’ve been seeing Roberta for close to 8 years now, and she has taught me everything I know about music. Since I’ve started seeing Roberta, I’ve gained confidence and so many skills. To say that I’m thankful for Roberta would be an understatement.
She quite literally changed my life in the best way possible,
and I can’t imagine it without her."
